Portivo Inc. is a Delaware corporation, wholly owned by Outofplace Poland sp. z o.o. It holds every right to Portivo: the software, the brand and portivo.eu. Outofplace becomes the parent of a group.

The craft
No shortcuts.Not even where nobody looks.
Portivo began in July 2025 with one question: why does a charter company still run on spreadsheets, bank transfers and a clipboard at the pier? We answered it the way we answer everything: the work first, the screens after.
The database says no
One yacht can’t be booked twice for the same days. The database itself refuses the second booking, whatever the screen, the app or a busy Saturday at the marina says.
Every złoty balances
Payments, deposits and commissions run through a double-entry ledger. In every record the debits equal the credits, or the record is never written. Nothing is rounded by hand.
Invoices go to KSeF
Invoices, corrections and the monthly pack for the accountant come from the same records, and every invoice goes straight to KSeF, the national invoicing system.
Drawn before it’s built
Every screen is designed first and then built to the drawing, down to the pixel: in the browser, on the tablet and on the phone, in Polish and in English alike.
