Cookie Policy

Which cookies outofplace.space stores in your browser, why it needs them, and how you can manage or delete them.

Effective from 23 September 2026. This is an English translation. If it differs from the Polish version, the Polish version prevails.

1. In short

www.outofplace.space uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Under normal conditions it stores no cookies at all; the language version is part of the address (English at www.outofplace.space, Polish under /pl). Only our hosting provider may set a short-lived security cookie in specific situations. That is why we do not show a consent banner.

2. Who is responsible

3. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser and reads on later visits. Other browser storage technologies, such as localStorage, sessionStorage and IndexedDB, work in a similar way. Our website does not use them.

4. Cookies this website stores

_vcrcs: security (only in specific situations)

  • Set by: our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., on the website’s domain.
  • Purpose: confirms that your browser passed an automatic check while protection against attacks and bot traffic is active.
  • When it is set: only when the protection mechanism needs to verify the browser, for example during an attack on the website. It is not set under normal conditions.
  • Lifetime: short-lived; validity is set by Vercel, typically about one hour.
  • Type: strictly necessary for security.

5. What we do not use

We do not use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), advertising or remarketing pixels, social media plugins, or embedded content from other services, such as videos or maps. Fonts are served from our own server. Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Dribbble and our brands’ websites are plain links: those services’ cookies appear only after you go there, under their own policies.

6. Legal basis

Under Article 399(1) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024 (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1221, as amended), which implements Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, storing or accessing information on a user’s device generally requires prior information and consent. Article 399(3)(2) exempts storage that is necessary to provide an electronic service requested by the user. The only cookie described above falls within this exemption: _vcrcs protects the website you are using. Consent is therefore not required. We still inform you about these cookies, as required by Article 6(2) of the Polish Act on the provision of electronic services. Where a cookie’s content is personal data, we process it under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (see section 4 of our Privacy Policy).

7. Managing cookies

You can view, block and delete cookies in your browser settings, including for selected websites only:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security;
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data;
  • Safari on macOS: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data;
  • Safari on iOS and iPadOS: Settings → Apps → Safari → Advanced → Website Data;
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.

Option names may differ between browser versions. You can also use private browsing, which deletes cookies when you close the private window.

Blocking or deleting cookies does not limit access to the content. The language version depends only on the address you open, so it works the same with cookies blocked.

8. Changes

If we add tools that require consent (such as analytics), we will first update this policy and ask for your consent before storing anything in your browser.
